Nano Span Technologies, LLC (Nanospan) was founded to deliver new capabilities for semiconductor materials characterization, completely changing how the industry approaches yield enhancement for all material types and form factors including silicon, SiC, gallium nitride (GaN), glass, and diamond.

Nanospan has the lowest Cost of Ownership (CoO) of any semiconductor equipment supplier in the marketplace, as well as the fastest time-to-market for delivered products. Nanospan team members have created hundreds of billions of dollars of value for both customers and shareholders over the past four decades and are positioning and growing Nanospan to join the ranks of these past endeavors.

To date, Nanospan has developed 3 powerhouse tools that share a common software platform with embedded AI engines to quickly gather and process data about surface contamination and defects, surface roughness and flatness, substrate strain fields and crystal defects, as well as defects on patterned substrates.

It is essential that Nanospan continues to match the technologies it possesses as well as the products already designed, and ones being considered, to meet the needs of the markets we serve. Remaining nimble and quick to supply comprehensive solutions allows us to out-perform our competition, which mostly consists of larger, publicly-traded companies that are slow to respond, have large overhead creating solutions that do not maximize COO for our customers, and solutions that are not ideally suited to the ongoing requirements of the customer.
